General House Rules

1. Check in 3:30pm | Check out 11am
2. No smoking except outside in designated areas. ( marijuana included).
3. No parties, no excessive noise after 11pm or before 8am.
4. House is limited to 6 paying guests.
5. Visitors allowed but booking party responsible for them at all times. 
6. Alcohol and marijuana use permitted, but responsibly.
7. No fires on property.
8. Prior to using the canoe, a liability waiver has to be signed when arriving at the B&B

 

Cancellation Policy

• Minimum booking 2 days
• No charge/penalty if cancelled up to 7 days before booking.
• If cancelled with less than 7 days notice, 1 full night will be charged ( not refunded from booking payment).

 

Pets

• Please ensure pets shots and vaccinations are up to date. A flea and tick program is advised as Pender Island has ticks.
• Please ensure dogs nails have been clipped recently as bedroom floor is hardwood. Main floor is tiled. 
• Owners are responsible to pickup up pets waste on property.

 

Pet Amenities

• LG dog bed in each room
• Water bowls on each floor
• Waste bags provided

 

Assumption of risk:

Use of property and equipment is done so at guests' own risk

Failure to obey rules may result in termination of booking with no refund.
